Rights
License terms
Plain-language WAV, Stems, and Exclusive. Not a substitute for a full contract — ask on exclusive buyouts.
WAV
- You get the WAV beat file for one artist and one release.
- Non-exclusive: the beat stays in the store; others may buy the same license.
- Monetization on streaming, YouTube, and similar platforms is allowed for that release.
- You may not resell the instrumental, sublicense it, or pass it off as your own production pack.
Stems
- You get beat stems / trackouts for flexible mix and arrangement.
- Non-exclusive rights for one artist / one commercial release.
- You may rebalance, add parts, and mix into your track.
- You may not redistribute the stems as a product or resell the pack.
Exclusive
- Full buyout: the beat is taken off the storefront after payment (once the order is processed).
- You alone hold the commercial license — perpetual.
- Package includes WAV, stems, and master when those files are uploaded for the beat.
- Exclusive details (producer credit, territory, sync) can be clarified separately.
